2.1. The purchase and possession of Tokens involve risks. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before purchasing.
2.2. The information provided on our website and Dashboard is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. We make no warranties regarding the furnished information's accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Reliance on this information is at your own risk.
Refunds and Returns:
3.1. A Cooling-Off Period of 14 days is provided, during which customers may request a return and refund of their purchased Tokens.
3.2. A 30-day Money-Back Guarantee covers the Cooling-Off Period. Refund requests must be made within these 30 days.
3.3. Refund requests, including merchant and network fees, are subject to deductions. Details of these deductions are available in the Refunds Policy.
Token Release and Contribution Timing:
4.1. Tokens purchased during the Token sale are subject to a future release, the date of which will be determined at the Company's discretion following the conclusion of the sale.
4.2. After the expiration of the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee, the Company cannot process returns or refunds for contributions or pledges made to purchase Tokens.

5.1. Customers are advised to review the legal notices provided by the Company before participating in the Token sale. These notices contain important information regarding the purchase of Tokens and associated risks.
Severability:
6.1. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
